NOTES

for Cox® Technic Seminars

The 2026 Cox® Certification Courses (I, II, III, IV, Honors) are being managed by the National University of Health Sciences Post Graduate Division and are designed to enhance your continuing education experience. Please note, no videotaping or recording is allowed.

Continuing Education (CE) hours for onsite Parts I, II, III, IV, Honors Courses, and workshops 2026, as well as online options, are arranged in collaboration with the National University of Health Sciences for most states. For specific states like CA and NJ, CE hours for workshops are coordinated internally.

For LIVE ONSITE COURSES CE, if your state requires specific hours (such as risk management, differential diagnosis, or technique), please inform us. This allows your attendance verification form to accurately reflect these requirements (given they are approved for your state).

Online Courses are offered through the Digital Chalk Learning Management System, which provides tracking for time, quizzes, downloads, and more for earning CE credits. Click here to explore the COX® TECHNIC ONLINE COURSES and see the current list of CE APPROVED online hours.

Registration includes one (1) STATE CE credit. Additional state CE credits can be obtained for $50 each. After the course, all attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance Verification from NUHS Post Grad.

To make the most of your learning experience, it's best to plan early, register early, and inform us of your CE needs as soon as possible!

DISCOUNT - EARLY REGISTRATION: Sign up four weeks prior to the course to qualify for a discount on the registration fee (note that this does not apply to exam or other fees); late fees of $100 take effect after this period.

DISCOUNT - COX® TECHNIC COMPLETE (CTC) SUBSCRIBERS receive a 25% discount on online courses! This applies to the doctor/subscriber of record in multi-doctor practices, with discounted subscriptions to CTC available for multiple subscribers. Your status as a subscriber will be verified upon registration confirmation, and you must maintain your subscription during your attendance at the online class to qualify for the 25% Seminar Discount. Please note, this discount is not applicable to any additional CE filings for special states. For more details on Cox Technic Complete®, please visit the website—be aware that this benefit may change without notice.

DISCOUNT - Certified (active or inactive) Cox® Technic physicians enjoy a 15% discount on registration fees (excludes exam and other fees).

IMPORTANT: While every effort is made to uphold the published program details, F/D Enterprise, LLC, and/or the NUHS Postgraduate Division reserve the right to adjust program dates, locations, times, instructors, etc., to meet unforeseen faculty or student requirements and may cancel due to insufficient enrollment. F/D Enterprise, LLC, and NUHS are not liable for any expenses incurred by registrants due to program changes or cancellations.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/TRANSFER POLICY: All registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the selected onsite seminar, you may transfer your paid credit toward a future onsite seminar within one year of the initial payment date. Please note that you cannot transfer credit toward webinars, online courses, or hands-on workshops. A $100 registration transfer fee will apply, plus any difference in tuition for the future course, if applicable.

DEFINITION OF STUDENT AND DOCTOR DC FOR REGISTRATION: A student is someone who has yet to graduate, whereas a doctor is a graduate.
